This is our story. We lived aboard and sailed around the world for 23 years. We never saw any bad weather, just a squall or a front. We lived simply and saw primitive cultures and some of the world's wonders. When we began we didn't even know how to sail.
We know we inspired a few couples to go cruising and encouraged other cruising couples to go off the beaten track and enjoy solitude and nature's beauty.

Holy moly all these word requirements it was a great book highly recommend as already stated not good at this technology stuff yet
Well written and fascinating. It has lots of details of their travels and I need 7 more words for this stupid review to be accepted.
This book is for anyone who enjoys reading about cursing by sailboat. There is enough fun/funny things to really make it interesting.
Entertaining and worth the read. Kind of rough around the edges and disjointed, but I knew that going in. I would definitely recommend read it.
Sandra's logbook which she converted into a book contains a circumnavigation. It takes the reader around the world up close and personal to what Sandra and her husband saw and did. If you've wondered what it's like for a Canadian couple to head off through alien oceans on their sailboat, you'll see it through Sandra's eyes. The sheer length of time covered -- 24 years -- is remarkable. From landlubber to live aboard sailor and back again, the real life story gives us pause to think about the diversity and beauty of this world of which we all live and share.
